After several years experience of renovations in Norway, we have established ourselves in Costa del sol. With a Norwegian wetroom-certificate in addition, we are able to offer renovations within the Scandinavian standards in Spain. Together with our partners we offer everything within renovations. Our project-manager is a working project-manager, this is how we ensure the high quality in our projects. We speak Norwegian, Spanish and English.
We have good local knowledge of the area after many years of vacationing and thru our collaborators. As we ourselves have spent a long time finding projects that suit us, we also have learned more about the different areas. With this experience and extensive experience in renovation, we can help you find your dream home in Spain. Many homes may seem great, but the trained eye can see more and guide accordingly.
As we have worked with different agents for several years with the sale of homes we have renovated in Norway, we have gained experience and even sold several homes before they have been published on the market.
We want to focus on the best aspects of your property. We do our best to highlight this both in the ad and by the correct use of images. Therefore we also collaborate with Norwegian photographers with experience with real estate photography in Norway.
